Zourazi is a venture builder. We find teams with real potential — typically students or recent graduates who have validated an idea through competitions, hackathons, or their own experimentation — and we run the full operational layer around them.

That means you stay focused on what you're good at. We handle everything the product team shouldn't have to: setting up the legal structure, building the commercial strategy, handling finance, finding first customers, hiring, marketing — all of it.

We are not advisors. We are not an accelerator with a three-month programme. We are co-builders who come in at the beginning and stay for as long as it takes to push the venture further than you imagined possible.
